I can not create a new account.

I no longer wanted to use my kjgmusic account so I cancelled it, and I am now trying to register an account under a different name. Could you please clear my IP address or whatever of this account so I can sign up?

You cannot create another account even if you cancel.
You need to login to your existing account and click re-activate.

You can change your subdomain url in "My Websites" in the control panel.
