cannot login using arles

I tried uploading using arles,but can't connect.

I dont know what arles is, but are you using the correct login information?
If its FTP make sure you are using your full login name, not just the smhcb, you need to use smhcb.ulmb.com if thats the account your using, as the username, and ftp.ulmb.com as the host.

Yes,thats what I'm using.for ftp server I put:

ftp://smhcb.ulmb.com

User name:

smhcb

Password:

******

Remote folder:

*****

Url:

http://smhcb.ulmb.com


when I test connection,I get a 'failed to connect to server" notice

Everything but the password is wrong.
Login to your account, click My Websites, then click view site info on the site you want to connect to, it will then show you the FTP login information for your account.

I think you have entered the information wrongly.

Your FTP host should be: ftp.ulmb.com

and your username should be of the form:
smhcb.ulmb.com

followed by your password: ********
