Please search before you post a question. No they are not allowed, nor will they ever be, you shouldn't need them in any script that says they are required.

Sorry about not searching, just wanted to hurry up and ask because I've been working on installing different things, and I noticed today when I was installing, that 2 .htaccess files got blocked, and 3 .gdf also got blocked.

I was just talking to one of the SMF people, and they said I need the .gdf files uploaded that were blocked.. Do you mind allowing .gdf? I think they're fonts or something like fonts.. they're in the /fonts/ folder.

We have alot of people running SMF that don't have the .gdf files uploaded and their installs are working.
