FTP Timeouts

Can you raise the time that it disconnects you with the message "Try typing a little faster next time." please?

edit: Reason is, sometimes, I am talking in instant messages and things while I am uploading files, and I have to reconnect after I have responded to all of my instant messages.

FTP only times out when your not using it.

Technically yes, but usually partialy uploaded files are deleted so there is nothing to resume.

The file size limit is 2MB so shouldnt be any need to resume.
