My browser close down?

Well after I put the information such as address, phone number my browser closes down it self. I tried with IE and FF is there any problem? or the information are "fake" to your system?

The only thing i can think of is the java applet.
But it shouldnt close your browser.

Try in firefox and turn java (not javascript) off in options/content.
