FTP problem

Hi
I have problem when I want to login to my FTP account.
Do you allow accounts from Italy?
My site is all English and 90% of my clicks are from U.S
I myself am not from Italy, my co-webmaster is from there and he manages my gallery.

Please help me

Your IP address shows that your connecting from Iran, which is not allowed, if you connect from a blocked country FTP will ban you from uploading.

I’m wondering how it is possible.
I’m from Iran and I can login and upload files but my friend from Italy can’t.

In the first day, before I signup I told one of the admins that I’m from Iran and he/she gave me a link to signup and he/she told me it’s ok because my site is in English and my visitors are from the U.S

Plz tell me what I should do now.

You have special access then, only when accounts are created like that is special access granted, otherwise your friend from Italy cant access it.

If you were given one of the special signup codes, it still only allows login from the country you selected.

If you are giving access to another person, do not give out your username or password.
You must create a user in your control panel.

FTP Hostname: ftp.ulmb.com
FTP Username: newuser@celezone.com
FTP Password: newuser-pass
Right?
Does it accessible from Italy?

The ftp username is always the hostname of the domain
username: celezone.com
