Can't register?

I tried to register for my own account but used the computer of someone who has an account here & was rejected.
Then I moved to my computer (which shares the same internet sevice as the above person) and tried again but was still rejected.
Do I have to use another computer in another location to register?

We only allow one account per IP address.

Again, not customer friends at all. What if there is more than one person in the house (as in this instance)? Only one of those people can have an account? What should they do, then? Flip a coin?

You can make sub accounts off of one account, just add a new login with new web sites.
