i have problem ? or it's bug

I'm using a macromedia dreamweaver 2004 mx when i try to define my site the dreamweaver is told that
"An ftp error occurred - cannot open folder /hosted/subs/ulmb.com/p/r/proba/public_html/.
Access Denied.The file may not exist, or there could be a permision problem " and the password those not match i try 5 times
I'm sorry i'm newbe in this but i'm trying ... if you can help me i appraise oyur understanding thank you in advance :)

First, please make sure your using the correct user name, password and FTP host:
FTP Hostname: ftp.ulmb.com
FTP Username: proba.ulmb.com
FTP Password: YOURPASSWORD
The password is case sensitive.
Take the last slash off of public_html

[UnlimitedMB]

When using FTP you use the path /

The full path is only for PHP.
