I'm uploading a file that has no extention but its not alowed can you make it alowed.

Um can I ask why. Also I need to upload .sh and .htaccess

It is not possbile to upload files without extentions, there is nothing to check against. If you search the forum you will see that .sh and .htaccess are not allowed nor will those two ever be.
