Do I need to constantly activate the accounts ?

Hi, do I constantly need to activate the accounts (login once a month, or week) or it will get suspended ?
Because I am looking for a host that allows me to store my files on the internet and I don't need to login once a week or month to not get suspended/deleted...

oh, and do you allow hotlinking, because basically, i would like to create an account just to store some files (free skins that I am offering).
