im having problem uploading a .tpls hope that you will consider it as a unharm files

what is ".tpls" for?
also, they have been asked to allow certain extensions before, i doubt they will.
kind of have to respect their decisions.

If you want us to consider the file please include the following:
A ziped sample of the file.
What script needs it.
Confirmation that you have tried to install and use the script, and it errors out on you because of that file (post the error)
What the file does.
