First of all, I want to say thank you for hosting us these 2-3 months. But I want to say to you something. I am hosting b182news.com on your site and when I signuped I used my friends e-mail, because he's from UK in order to have my site on your hosting. I didn't looked on forum when I registered my site, and I didn't notice that I can ask for hosting if I am not living in UK. But I realized, "I am already registered and I can continue with my hosting". But suddenly, I can't login from my country in CPanel, and then I though you'll help me. Can you just allow me to browse your cpanels (i'm from yugoslavia - serbia) or you'll just cancel my account because I didn't followed the rules? I'm really sorry, I just love your hosting :) Thank you for all your support,

Sorry, if you dont follow the rules then there is nothing we can do. Banned countries are banned for a reason.
Next time you signup for something being honest is the best way, trying to get arround security checks only backfires.

Sorry.
Anyway, can I continue to use your hosting or? I noticed that I can't login into my FTP account, I don't know why. If I can't continue to use your hosting, just give me the backups of mysql databases. :( Thanks for all support,

You can't login to FTP if you are using an account in a banned country.

Well, can you just unban it? Please, I need your service :) If you can't unban it, I guess I'll just search again for another hosting :(

No, countries that are banned are banned for good reasons.

Can I know a reason why? If there's no chance to remove the ban, then I'll move to another hosting, can you give me my hosting files and mysql databases? Thank you.

No, you broke the terms of service, we are under no obligation to give you any files or databases you put on our servers.

I don't understand where I broke TOS. But you're the owner of this, so I'll not complain. Could you then just change name servers, because I am moving site?

We didn't register the domain, there is no way for us to change the name servers.
