Email problem

i am having problems sending emails with my email.

what are the ports and what are the other settings you must have on.

Also you guys support phpbb mailing, like sending avtivation emails, for my forums.

Please look in the Mail section of your control panel for the settings.
There is also an option to have it auto-configure outlook for you.
