in the wrong place but how would i go about creating a forum?

You Google a certain forum software for you to create it. Just google something like SMF, phpBB, MyBB, vBulletin, or IPB and you should find some of the best Bulletin Board Systems out there!

Then just find a download package (you have to pay for the new versions of IPB and all versions of vBulletin in order to have those) and then just upload them to your sites directory. Then just follow the installation steps, fill in what needs to be filled in and install it :)

Very simple. Upload, go to the "Install.php" file through your browser, fill out the info, hit install, delete "install directory" and view your site!
