Hey guys, first post here. Got signed up for this circus yesterday; good performance and download times.
Just to let everyone know, I'm the main guy for a graphic and web design studio called PixelHero. It's based in Nova Scotia Canada. I'm working hard on a redesign of the website to celebrate the change of hosting providers. Check the site out: http://www.pixelhero.co.nr/. I got a free domain redirection as a temporary solution to shelling out money for a domain. The website'll be launched in a few days.
Well I think you should have waited until you had something on there to show it off. But it's cool. Welcome to ULMB! :)

I just noticed one error. In the code:

coming is mispelled. You also might want to add quotes around the 0 after border so it is border="0"

ok, thanks for the heads-up there, scraminc. I put that page together in 3 minutes, and didn't go back to do a debug or anything. Its really temporary, the main website'll be launched in a few days to a week tops.

Your main problem is you should claim HTML 4.0 Trans, not XHTML 1.0 Strict
That line needs to be closed with a > or an /> second option if you want to go with XHTML

thanks for the heads-up. i did some cleaning in the index page, now it's valid xhtml 1.0 transitional.

^_^ one little problem with your CSS, quite ignorable, but if it's all valid then you won't have to worry about something going weird, and that thing there may be why Opera gets weirded out by it.

hmm yes, couldn't seem to fix that issue. It's probably fixable by inserting another set of
tags around the whole header stuff and giving it the gradient background.

that's cool psphaxx, thanks for the heads up about the trojans. The PixelHero website is hosted on the ULMB servers, and, as I haven't uploaded anything executable, I can't do anything about it. I'm looking into starting a new project in the not-too-distant future if you're interested...email me at .
