I'm not sure of this, so I'm asking anyway.

Does ULMB use CPanel? It said Web-Based Control Panel, but I'm not sure if it's CPanel.

It's really easy to use and really just as good as CPanel in my opinion.......better actually.

Okay. I wanted to install a program onto my PhpBB board, and it needs CPanel to work.

phpbb is a php script, it works on the web server.
It has nothing to do with what control panel you use.

onto a phpBB for
and he has been told to Disable "Safe Mode" via a CPanel
