Dreamweaver 8 ftp

can someone walk me through the ftp settings for dreamweaver 8?
I'm somewhat of a novice at this stuff and can use all the help I can get...

try using the browser uploader, i find using automated junk like that pretty annoying, most of the time... even my own code can be annoying - when i screw up, lol, non stop reloading is a bad one...
