Everytime I try to go to the .php file i uploaded, i get this error.

"Couldn't make connection."

What does it mean?

The php file you have uploaded, is it one you created yourself or one you obtained elsewhere? also is it part of a script that needs to pull data from a db?

That error could mean a few things...
