I have moved your thread to the scripting area.
You need to look before you post.

I bet if you searched the forums or searched google you would solve yourself alot of waiting time.

Why not go to where the forums are developed? (The actual sites.)

phpBB.com
MyBB.com
vbulletin.com

etc.

???

Don't just nag and say you looked because if you did you would have found it. Go to the sites I listed, choose the one you like and ask there for support on their script.

This site will be very helpful to you in the future:

http://www.theadminzone.com/forums/

It's been very helpful for me and many others

Click the first link. (did you really search?) you asked for a tutorial, if I had to baby you through installing a forum it would take hours, and then the next person would come along and want the same, my time isn't free.

googling stuff does not always work, but it'll help. i think the best way is to be creative!

I personally don't like using phpBB and so on cause it jus don't feel like mine, gotta do it myself... it takes a few trys though, when i first tried one, it look so bad, worked pretty well, but looked horrific. my mistake was using 12px font for almost everything.

Yes, coding your own forum is good if you know what you're doing; the thread starter is new to "all of this".
