SQL Error, site down, please help

All of the sudden I am getting the following error...please help.

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user '5267_tspree'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /hosted/subs/ulmb.com/t/s/tspree15/public_html/themagazine/index.php on line 16
I cannot connect to the database because: Access denied for user '5267_tspree'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

You have the MySQL server wrong, it is not localhost it is mysql.

Unfortunately I'm not a programmer...is there any way you can instruct me on what to change and where?

I changed localhost to mysql in the index.php file and now I'm getting this error:

It's very strange, this has never happened before, thanks

I restored a backup of the index.php and now its working...I guess someone must have changed the file...thanks for the help
