I understand that i shouldnt opened a mafia game on your host im sorry for this, i was just coding it then i was going to buy a domain some were else again sorry. but is there any chance i could have a up to date back up of it. all the other sites im notrealy bortherd about just the eyeofthemafia.

If you understood that rule then you should not have done it. It doesn't matter if you have it up for one day just to save it here or forever, it is a violation of the terms of service. Your account is closed. It has been deleted and we do not have any of your files. No you may not signup again, you violated the agreement between us.
