Okayz...im having an FTP problem, im using a webscript to install a forum, and i have the details right...i think:

server: ftp.ulmb.com
port: 21
username: bf2fans.com.net.sc

install path: hostedsubscom.net.scbfbf2fanspublic_html
The FTP automaticly sets the install path, i tried the one in the account information, still get same error:
Unable to connect to FTP server with this combination of details.
I do not get it, and i am annoyed, any help is wonderful thanks (:

Don't think you can use a web installer here

Just upload the files manually. I suggest you zip up the files and upload via the control panel. (Remember to check "Extract Zipped Files" before uploading!)

Need help getting a script going? PM me and I'll try and help you out.

I used to do this in the past quite a bit with a few users but the people I was helping weren't even trying to do it themselves so I just stopped caring...

If you really need help and are willing to try, I will do my best to help you out.

FTP can be used only via an ftp software on your pc to upload your files.
It cannot be used inside php scripts.

well, ok, i done it manually, and because its zip had a folder, i had to upload folder by folder, but i got it done now took at least an hour, cause dreamweaver and just about all FTP software, have to do it file by file -.-
unlike ur unzip check box, witch is another reason why i think there is no such better webhost than this one (:
and im thinking soon, i might upgrade to a paid account, so i can upload all!!! lol
