htaccess help

im a paid member and i was trying to activate the joomla SEF integrated ability which makes it easier for search engines.I renamed my htaccess.txt to .htaccess as told yet it still gives me issues can someone help?

those modules are pointless, all the major search engines can handle forum/php type urls just fine.

in any case you need to contact the maker of the script, its nothing to do with us we didnt make it.
