Terms of Service issue?

I said you would be able to use it if it was already uploaded not for new uploads.

It should allow you to upload it now (it will also upload on free accounts but it WILL NOT WORK so dont try it).

Setup my paid account and was able to upload the update files, but I still get a 'permission denied' when trying to update the database with the firefox add-on. Any word on when that problem might be fixed? If it is something wrong with my script and not on your end can you let me know? Thanks
