Hello,

various persons have reported to me that my mailboxes at jpit send back an delivery error. I noticed as well an unexpected down size on the volume of mail I normally receive since I move my domain to your servers. I only use mail forwarders at the moment on JPIT.COM
Could you please let me know if there is a problem ?

What tools are available for me to check my mail on the server other than pop and the settings on the panel . Am I able to see those folders like junk mail etc? Do you store my mail on my share space ? if Yes why is it not available on the folder list ?

thanks
Jose

There are no problems we are aware of.

The only way to get your mail i with POP or forwarding.
Mail is stored in a directory outside of what you have access to.

If you have a delivery error please post the error message here.

You are doing too many forwards.

A message thats received by the ulmb mailserver, cannot be forwarded in a way that it ends up back at the ulmb mailserver.

This is done to protect against infinite loops where one forwarder points to another, which points back to the original forwarder.
