UnlimitedMB has no FAQs or help section under 'support'... and directs straight to this forum... but you don't get a lot of support here either.

There's absolutely no means of contacting anyone whatsoever other than posting on here in the hope that someone will reply.

Now, not only have I not received a response to my query in over 2 weeks, I haven't seen anyone else get any answers to their questions on here either.

Where are you? As paying customers, we deserve better than this.

The forum relies a lot on the community to help each other out. They post up the rules and everything, and a few questions have been asked and answered. You go from there.

This is a forum that heavily believes in using the search function. I used to be a regular poster on here, and posted nearly every day. Lately I've been really busy, and haven't been able to. I got a new phone and am now able to post whenever.

I'll head over to your other thread and see if I can answer the question.

WRONG, maybe from what you've experienced maybe so. however everytime i have posted questions i have got replies from them.. maybe due to it is server sided etc etc. I use to have a paying account, when i ran my web design business, even then as a paying customer and a free user i think they do just fine. i dont complain what so ever you may go to another host as a free user you wont get anything close to theirs. As a paying customer id still return. their uptime, they do reply to serious questions and dont mess around they get to the point and get it done when they are all over the problematic issue.

I would agree with you in as much as I can't fault server up-time or anything with the service whatsoever... up until this point.

The fact of the matter is now that I have run into a problem - I am getting no support whatsoever.

I have waited weeks for a response, and my site has been down for months on end.

The two main guys here appear to have gone AWOL. I haven't seen them post on here for weeks in response to anyone, yet alone me.
