MySQL + SMF Error

I've been noticing this for about a week now, and decided to post it here.

Whenever I try to post a message using SMF (Simple Machines Forum) v1.1.3 (the latest version) that uses more than 3 [img] tags, I get this error:

My friend has an SMF forum also running v1.1.3, and he does not have this problem (He is not on ULMB), so I don't think it's an SMF problem.

Any suggestions?

This is caused by bad programming, the script is taking too long to complete the page load and was disconnected from the sql server.
