Does this mean that popups will no longer come up?

Also,

Is their a way of linking your control panel login to a popup, so on your site, if you made a link called "admin panel" etc, this would come up:

And when you type in the right user and pass it will take you to cp.

I moved your thread to the correct location.
Yes, it may take a few hours to a day for you to see the difference, but the popups will no longer come up.
You could just make a link to http://account.ulmb.com/ but that page that you see will come up not a box like you have a picture of.
