I have been IP banned, and I Dont Know Why

Yes hello.

Whenever i attempt to access my forum, I cannot and it gives me an error. Also when i try to acces unlimitedmb.com I get an error and cannot access the website. my forums are www.hellboyserver.co.nr or www.hellboyserver.ulmb.com/phpbb3 , both of which do not work for me but do for other people. Confused, i tryed using a proxy and BAM JSHDJKSAH!!!!! I could acces unlimitedmb and my forums. Why the hell did you guys ban my IP? What did i do wrong i ask you? Is it an IP ban? I would like to get more information out of this as soon as possible. I would like this solved ASAP.

I will check back with a proxy regularely, and also attempt to connect from my own IP. Thank you.
