How would I make a list of music on my site list make it play on a flash player?

Hi,

I have uploaded my songs onto the control panel like this:

How would I make it so that, on one page I have all the song names ( on the website page ), and when they click it, it will play the song that they want.

UnlimitedMB, told me that music files are illegal, sorry, but I see no harm in having them.

If this is true, please could I have a refund on my account.
