oGame Galaxy Tool "permision denied"

Hi there, please excuse me if it appears I haven't a clue and am asking a dumb question.

A few weeks back they asked me to set up the oGame Galaxy tool for our alliance. Having no clue what I was doing I said I would. I finally got it setup and running here and everyone was happy. Today everyone is getting an error that says "permission denied". I am not sure how to fix this. So I really hope you guys can help me. I checked the show debug info on the tool and I received the following message, I hope it helps. If more info is needed please let me know. I just want to get it fixed, and up and running. Thanks so much in adavance.
