The folders must be in lowercase.
All host names (domain names and subdomains) are lowercase.

You should also avoid having uppercase characters (and spaces) in urls, they tend to cause incompatibility, especailly somewhere a few months later you find out you cant do something because your urls are uppercase.

It should be good to mention here, the canonical way (normal/correct way) is to not use any uppercases at all in file names, to use underscores where a space would be, and to keep them relatively short. Just a few things you'll pick up if you ever program.

I would have thought you'd know to use all small letters, especially in folder names by now then.

I fail to see how programming relates to webserver case-sensitivity.

I learned by programming that you should use lowercase because sometimes it just doesn't accept uppercase, and since you do(should) name all your files in lowercase why name the directories in uppercase?

I guess what arenlor and me are saying is someone with enough knowledge about computers to be a programmer should also know to avoid uppercase files/folders on websites.

This is especially true when you are telling someone your URL over the phone or in person.
Imagine how bad it would be if people had to remember the casing of letters.

*nix is case sensitive, afaik, windows is not. That is how I learned it, I program platform specific.

MSDOS was, I learned on the original M$ ^_^ short file names, case sensitive, one mistake screws up your whole computer, man I miss those days, happy to be on Ubuntu now with a nice fully functional Terminal.
