Password required script

Does anyone have an "encrypted password" script that requires you to type a password in a text box to gain access to the next page?

you can do something with javascript, but it may not be "secure". I think if someone knows the page your trying to "login" to they can book mark it and get in. You might need something more with a database and php to make it more secure.

the best way to go about it as arenlor mentioned is a SQL db, if you would like help etc i can code/make you a password restricted page etc.
