Bad front page.
The graphic is too intensive. Loading time is long - not because of the server, but you have to think of those people who use dial ups.

I agree with Keith, I am out of the office right now and I am dialup for a few hours here and the whole page was taking soo long to load that I just closed it.

Agreed on that, I have cable, but still I don't like splash pages.

Splash pages used to be an "in-thing". It is out-of-date now.

Nowadays, people who surf the web like to get access to content instantly. Having that extra page simply slows thing down.

the forums i am using is phpbb. and it runs slow.
